Purchasing / Payments
We accept credit card payment by Visa, Mastercard and American Express or credit card payment through PayPal. Once your order has been placed via our store, you will be given an order number. Once we received your full payment, we will send you a confirmation email.

All orders must be paid for in full before any goods will be shipped. All products are subject to availability and remain the property of Best Zone D until paid for in full. We reserve the right to decline a purchase. Adequate personal details must be provided to us for purchase approval.

If your country is not listed, please contact us and will quote you shipping costs

Please allow around 7 working days for your order to be delivered by express mail with tracking or around 2-3 weeks by standard mail with tracking. If you require insurance then please contact us for quote.

Although we pack well and the postal service is great, there is a very small chance that parcels get lost. If so please inform us immediately about it and we will work along with the postal service to get the investigation initiated. Once the postal service accepts the liability for the loss, we will either send replacement or give refund to customer. If item is damaged on arrival, please inform us immediately about it with photos, please keep all contents including packaging and we will work along with the postal service to get the investigation initiated. Once the postal service accepts the liability for the damage, we will either send replacement or give refund to customer upon return of the damaged order.

Any import duty and tax are not included in the item price, these charges are the customer's responsibility, for more information, please check with your local customs.

Stock Availability
We do our best to provide the most accurate, up-to-date information and pricing, but occasionally there may be information on our website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that many relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice including after you have submitted your order. If you have ordered a product that is subject to a price increase or stock unavailability, we will hold your order and inform you the options including the right to cancel your order.

Returns / Cancellation
If the customer wishes to cancel the order after placing the order, there will be a restocking fee of 20% without exceptions. If the order has been sent out, the customer must return the order in perfect untouched condition back to us at customer's cost for refund less 20% restocking fee as well as less actual shipping cost when we sent the parcel out to you initially. If the customer wishes to change the order to different items, we reserve the right to change the order to different items and will discuss with the customer.

If any unclaimed order being returned back to us, we will contact the customer by email to organize another delivery at customer's cost. If we do not hear back from the customer within 4 weeks after our email, the the customer agree that we may destroy or sell the content of the order without any further liability to the customer.

Most products come with 1 year warranty, please contact us for more information.

Please contact us first for any warranty claims, most products are return to base warranty and proof of purchase is required by quoting us the order number. It is the responsibility of the customer to backup files and contents at all times. we are not responsible for any loss of data or settings of the product. Warranty does not apply with defects or malfunctions caused by damage resulting from improper care, abuse, sand, water, moisture, battery leakage, fire, electrical shock, physical damage as well as misuse.
